This winged figure retains some of the raw stone in her wings and hair. Her clasped right hand is not fulled formed. By leaving it in the blocky roughed form, I wanted to create the feeling of the spiritual form evolving out of the stone. The shape of bottom of the figure creates a feeling of movement to the sculpture but the color add solidity
